CUSTOMIZE MOZUKU
Customize your own combination
There are two types of mozuku: “washed mozuku,” which is not salted at all, and “washed salted mozuku,” which uses salt from Hamahiga Island with three levels of salinity.
For washed salted mozuku, we use salt from Hamahiga Island and salt from Takaesu Salt Factory.
You can combine early-picked mozuku with fully ripened mozuku and change the concentration of salt according to your preference.
Washed and salted mozuku can be changed in the product options, so please select and a combination of types of mozuku.
About salty mozuku Salty mozuku
There is an additional charge of 100 yen per pack for matured and fully ripened salted mozuku.
