[How to receive the product] It will be delivered by cool courier (Yamato Transport).

Please note that "Cool Express" cannot be delivered to the Izu Islands (excluding Oshima and Hachijojima) and Ogasawara Village (Ogasawara Islands).


[Regarding returns, defective products, and cancellations] We will accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective or defective due to our company. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Refund policy

[About cancellations, returns, and exchanges]

​ Please note that due to the characteristics of the product (food), we cannot accept returns due to customer preferences. Please note that the following products cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.

・Products used

・Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer

・Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page.

 

(2) Disclaimer Please note that we are not responsible for the following content.

・The box had scratches and dents.
┗ We will not be held responsible for any dents in the box during transportation. Please note that there is a possibility that this may occur due to the transportation of the product.

・The product was returned because the product was not received.

┗ If the product is returned to us due to the customer's absence, etc., we will also charge the shipping fee for the return.

・The color and shape of the product was different from what I expected.

(3) Handling of returned goods caused by our company
